Slow Food Terra Madre

As most of you know I love the Slow Food Organisation and I am very happy indeed that the Terra Madre will take place in Waterford this year (yeap, I know Cork would have been a much better location but at least it is in Ireland). This is a one-day food policy conference and a 4 day gastronomic festival....watch this space for more info to come
