Wine & Chocolate
For some reason, I would never match wine with chocolate. Simply I am not really mad about chocolate. But thanks to Heston Blumenthal, lovers of wine and chocolate can be helped now with his warm chocolate wine....he won another award for his creation....Read the Story . Tell me what you think.....

Have a look at this (http://irishwine.blogspot.com/2008/03/wine-tales-from-south-africa-part-iii.html), a winery in South Africa (Waterford) conducts a wine with chocolate tasting, supposedly it's excellent!

Wow, great post. And I can see myself sitting in the courtyard and sipping away on the Shiraz...what a dream. Thanks for the link..Waterford in South Africa is now added to my list of things I have to do before I die...:-)
