Tried a new wine at the weekend. Clos Triguedina Cahors. This wine tested my patience immensely as it needed a lot of breathing (had opened it 3 hours beforehand). I have to agree with Sour Grapes that it might need to be stored for the couple of years before it gets it full potential. Saying that, it went down nicely with cheese and crusty bread. Saying all that....the weekend was great as the sun was smiling, dad and I got a lot done in the garden and I finally started to read Oz Clarkes Introduction to Wine. Hope you all had a great weekend too.
