I went to the wine and cheese event last year and I can ensure you that Monica is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about wine and cheese and she is a master in matching the two together.

Thanks a million for the compliment. It is easy enough to become a slow food member. You can either go to the website www.slowfoodireland.com and click on the join now icon or you simply come to the event and talk to either Caz or Simone.
