Farmer's Talk

In case you haven't seen the Blog of Bibliocook. Caroline Hennessy is very much involved in the Farmer's Market in Mallow which runs twice a month. Coming week sees producers and stall holders from the market chatting away in Urru's cafe in Mallow. Each talk starts at 11am and there is no entrance fee...but I bet you will not be able to resist the yummy goodies in Urru ;-). This is the line up:

Monday 14th July at 11am
Geraldine Bass of Old Millbank Smokehouse: Smokin’! Preserving with smoke (TBC)

Tuesday 15th July at 11am
Gudrun Shinnick of Fermoy Natural Cheese: Just Say Cheese

Wednesday 16th July at 11am
Caroline Hennessy of Bibliocook.com/URRU: Use Your Loaf – How to make sourdough bread

Thursday 17th July at 11am
Maurice Grinsell of Gairdín Eden: How to grow (probably) the best salad leaves in the world

Friday 18th July at 11am
Patrick Frank: How does your garden grow…organically?

The next market in Mallow is this Saturday...Have fun..
