I have met a lovely girl last Sunday in Lavitt's Quay (remember I went to Paul Flynns book signing). Next door was a little market set up where I had a little chat with Simone (the chair person of Slowfood Cork City) and while we were talking away, Simone pointed out another stall across hers.
Deirdre Collins is a brave woman as she is setting up her own business in selling organic wholefood burgers. She has a BSC in Food Science and is proud that she only uses the best ingredients with no added salt or sugar, free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, egg and meat (yes, you can have a burger tasting yummy without any meat in it).
