I got them..... Jerusalem Artichokes

Have I mentioned Sofie lately???? She not only got me the great book of Glamour Cakes but she came the other day and presented proudly 3 bags of Jerusalem Artichokes tubers. She definitely climbed up on the list of my favourite people :-)

Sowing time is February to April. So watch this space as I will be reporting on the growing process as part of the Kitchen Garden series.

Dad had to re-dig the ground again....and guess what....the frost started again. Will we ever be able to start sowing??? Winter is getting on too long now for my liking. Spring come on...
